I do hereby voluntarily submit my application for attendance and participation in the 2027 WOT TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIPS. I hereby assume full responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses, even death that I may sustain or incur during the participation. I agree to waive all claims against any person connected with the tournament, individually or other.
